About Aubrey ♡

Aubrey Alvino was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Her parents named her after the song Aubrey by Bread! When she was first introduced to theatre at 8 years old she knew she had found something special. Her elementary school put on Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, with Aubrey making a thrilling debut as the Lion, Snug the Joiner. The rest is history!

Aubrey makes it her goal to entertain every person she meets. Aubrey is an incredibly versatile vocalist including a massive rock/pop belt, a textured folksy pop sound, and legit soprano; drawing inspiration from artists like Eva Noblezada, Adele, and, Bernadette Peters. You can rely on her to deliver; whether it be an emotional contemporary ballad, powerhouse vocals, or comedic flair.

Growing up Aubrey spent every free period in the school music wing. She attended USDAN Summer Camp for the Arts for four years on full scholarship for Classical Alto Saxophone and Voice. She returned to USDAN post-grad as a Hip Hop and Tap Instructor! She has played the saxophone for 15 years, has 3 years of classical bassoon experience, and is self taught on piano, and guitar. After graduating from Rider University Aubrey went on to work for Nickelodeon for a year, touring the country as a vocalist. Since then she has gone on to tour with Cirque du Soleil, and earlier this year signed with FireStarter Entertainment in their musical theatre division!

When offstage Aubrey loves to travel. In her free time you'll find her at the beach collecting shells, thrifting, or reading a fantasy series (her current obsession being ACOTAR by Sarah J Mass)! To fund her reading she is a singing bartender at a local restaurant, works part time at a pilates studio, teaches private lessons & curates content for local businesses social media.
