Looking back at 2025 I accomplished many unexpected goals, but 1000% held myself back from reaching my full happiness and potential. I’m so excited to take this reset as a fresh start. Being back on tour with so many driven and disciplined people has completely inspired me to become the best version of myself. 🩵 Going into audition season I’m so excited to challenge myself, to choose to lift myself up instead of putting myself down, and to continue learning more about and strengthening my body. Cheers to the new year!!

Looking back at 2025 I accomplished many unexpected goals, but 1000% held myself back from reaching my full happiness and potential. I’m so excited to take this reset as a fresh start. Being back on tour with so many driven and disciplined people has completely inspired me to become the best version of myself. 🩵 Going into audition season I’m so excited to challenge myself, to choose to lift myself up instead of putting myself down, and to continue learning more about and strengthening my body. @adrenal_cancer_awareness_day was a HUGE success!! Jack and his family raised over 14k for the @memorialsloankettering cancer center!! 💚 Thank you @spadofolus9676 & literally every musician and human involved yesterday for the amazing day and the insane live music!!

Sure this is just another self tape, but for me it’s the first time in six months I’ve actually felt beautiful and confident and am posting this here feeling proud. I’ve been struggling SO much this year with confidence and loving myself, and it has affected everything. I’m hoping this feeling lasts & as I go into training to be a pure barre instructor (surprise…🤭) I gain even more love and confidence for myself.

Sure this is just another self tape, but for me it’s the first time in six months I’ve actually felt beautiful and confident and am posting this here feeling proud. I’ve been struggling SO much this year with confidence and loving myself, and it has affected everything. I’m hoping this feeling lasts & as I go into training to be a pure barre instructor (surprise…🤭) I gain even more love and confidence for myself.
